Warwicks newest, largest and popular Coffee Shop is now operating and ready for sale.

It has indoor seating for 40 plus extra outdoor seating.

We sell a large range of freshly roasted coffees, teas plus Belgium Chocolates.

We also sell coffee and tea making appliances along with many various accessories to do with coffee and tea.

The food side is varied with cakes, scones and savouries. Also a light breakfast is available.

The shop is now operating 5 1/2 days a week, leaving a lot of room for expansion. (We have had many requests for weekend trading.)

Warwick is the fastest growing country town in Queensland due to major new roads and a new 250 acre industrial site being built at the moment.

Warwick is the main distribution centre at the moment for Big W. Coles and various other majors are coming soon.

This shop has a very low rental with a secure long term lease.

A three bedroom fully furnished house close to the shop is available to rent at $220.00 per week if required.
